Their Testimonials
Mike came to us out of nowhere. We were in the process of forclosure and bankruptcy when my wife says she is talking to this guy who can help us avoid going through the whole forclosure/sheriff's sale process by "short saleing" the house from the bank. I was very skeptical at first. Mike seemed young and inexperienced at first, but as I saw more and more of how he worked, I was impressed. He was a real go-getter that was very professional and knew a great deal about what he was doing. He was very determined, meeting with us sometimes on a daily basis to get information for the bank. Even when things got derailed and seemed hopeless, he just kept on doing his thing.
In the end, Mike was able to buy the house. Even though we did still lose the house, Mike helped us avoid the whole forclosure process. No one likes losing their house, but working with Mike actually gave us a sense of accomplishment from the whole experience. Paula Christy Terry & Erica Brown We want to say thank you for all that you have done. When we first bought our house, we were so happy and had lots of dreams. Until we got the bright idea to allow some of our family to live with us. At first things went as planned. But as time passed things got harder, bills weren't being shared, all the responsibilities became ours and our dreams faded. It seemed like the more we would try the more over whelming things would get, causing tension between us all. The people we were trying to help were causing us to lose everything. So we decided we would sell the house. We bought a newspaper and found an ad stating, "We Buy Houses." We called the number from the ad and set up an appointment for the house to be looked at. When Mike was at the house looking around, he explained the process and said told us the best possible way for us so that our credit wouldn't get damaged any further. While the process was goin on we didn't have a place to live so he setup a plan for us to recieve money before closing so that we could get a place. Well we found a place and really like where we are. We have privacy, less stress, and we enjoy having our own space. There was never any "B.S." about it at all. He stuck with the plan, he explained each step (even the legal situations). As we moved out, we were unable to get everything, so he took his time and hauled out many loads of stuff when he didn't have. So once again he helped with many things and we are very grateful that such a heavy burden was lifted in the time that it was. Because who's to say where we would be without all Gideon Properties has done for us. If we were ever to do this again, we know where we can go to feel comfortable knowing that the job would get done. So coming from the both of us, what he did was and will always be greatly appreciated. You really helped us come a long way. With Thanks and Gratitude, Terry and Erica Brown ^ Back to Top ^ Tammy S. Ponder I would like to thank you for your professionalism and consideration in the purchase and closing of our property in Hedgesville, West Virginia.
What the family thought would be a complicated and timely process was instead
a simple business transaction that made the transition very easy on us all.
Business was transacted in a timely manner, with no surprises. I thank you
for considering the miles in which my mother in law had to travel and the
extra effort you put forth to accommodate us in many ways. Again, thank you
very much. Regina Cline We met about 6 months ago, in a time of my life that was full of changes. I was overwhelmed with bills, working 60 hours a week to make ends meet and being a single mother of 3 little girls. I had played with the idea for several months of selling my home. I didn't have the time nor the energy to put it on the market myself. I also wanted the headache of the growing mortgage gone and gone that day. I found your number in the newspaper and called. My first conversation with you was close to amazing. You were an incredible listener and extremely compassionate to me and my situation. After 2 to 3 hours of conversation I felt very comfortable with you. I also felt as if a great burden was being lifted.
That was the beginning of a long and emotional journey for me. It has not all been roses. From my second thoughts of not wanting to sell my home, (with the reality of, I had to, quickly following) to the difficulty of finding the perfect new home.
You did your best to make everything as easy as possible. You also tried to put my best interests at hand, first and foremost.
Since I have moved out of the house, and you have began reconstruction, it has been nice but also hard to watch you change "my" home into something I had always dreamed of making it myself.
Thank you for continuing to let me be a part of "my" home. I am sure I owe you an apology or two for something along the way. But most of all I owe you many thanks.
Sincerely, Regina Cline |
